🔁 PUFF KINGDOM – REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. General Policy

All sales are final except where a product is defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required under the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

By purchasing from PUFF KINGDOM, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Order Processing & Courier Bookings

Once an order has been processed and booked with the courier, the order is considered confirmed and in fulfilment.

Cancellations and refunds will no longer be permitted, even if the parcel is still awaiting courier collection.

This does not affect any rights the customer may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

3. Return Request Timeframe

Return or defect claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible unless required under applicable law.

4. Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be considered if:

• Item is unused and unopened
• Original packaging is intact
• All seals remain unbroken
• Proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vape products cannot be returned.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

Customers must report damaged or faulty items within 48 hours of delivery.

Supporting evidence (photos or videos) may be required for assessment.

We may inspect, test, or request manufacturer input before approving a claim.

6. Manufacturer Assessment

Where applicable, products may be assessed in line with manufacturer warranty guidelines.

Final decision remains at the discretion of PUFF KINGDOM in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrectly supplied.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Approved returns or refunds may be subject to a 15% handling/restocking fee to cover payment processing, packaging, administrative, and handling costs.

The handling fee may be deducted from the final refund amount.

This fee will not apply where an item is confirmed defective, incorrectly supplied, or where otherwise required under applicable consumer protection law.

Refund processing may take up to 21 working days, depending on banking institutions.

Store credit may be offered only where mutually agreed.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned if opened or used:

• Vape devices
• E-liquids
• Disposable vapes
• Consumable products

10. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.
